As a Team Lead in the Football Trading Team, you’ll oversee a dynamic team that supports the biggest product in Flutter’s global portfolio. You ‘ll ensure the smooth delivery of our sportsbook football product for Paddy Power, Betfair, and Sky Betting & Gaming, overseeing everything from pricing, proposition, and market creation right through to issue resolution.
Your leadership will play a key role in driving trading, proposition and operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in Trading and running an operational team, but this isn’t essential.
